Check out the creations from my Throwdown sisters for today for more inspiration...

It's time for another Timeless Tuesday challenge, and this week Silke is hosting a big Bingo game for the challenge! Just check out the "Bingo card" below and pick a row either horizontal, vertical or diagonal and create using the three elements in the row! Link your creation up on the Flourishes blog so we can see what you created, and be sure to let us know which row you chose to work with!
I went straight down the middle for my creation with piercing, pearls and ribbon to create my card using the From the Desk of.... stamp set. I have a little bit of piercing around the edge of the circle, some KaiserCraft pearls (that I colored gray with a N7 Copic) and a gray pearl stick pin, and a big seam binding bow for the ribbon. My image was colored on Flourishes Classic Ivory cardstock using some Copics from the Dahlia collection and the Fields collection.
For more inspiration, please stop by and see what the other Flourishes bloggers have to share with you today...
Don't forget the Bellarific Friday challenge this week is "Back to School!" If you'd like to join us for the challenge and be featured in the Bella Sistahood line-up on the Stamping Bella blog, we'd love to see your creations! Emily a card using Stamping Bella stamps with a back-to-school theme to Emily by Thursday night to be included!
For my card, I pulled out some "Pyrus" papers from Basic Grey, and created this card using the Multi-Step Cowboy Hat set from Kitchen Sink Stamps. The "cowboy" comes from this set, as well and the "hat's off to you" sentiment comes from the Never a Loss 4 Words set. I added a lot of distressing and Antique Linen ink to the edges of this card, some old gold star eyelets in the top right corner and some zig zag stitching for embellishments.
The papers I used here are the new Boarding Pass from October Afternoon, and they're available in the Stamping Bella store! My Bella is colored with Copics on Bella's Bestest Cream cardstock.
Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday, dear Flourishes..... Happy birthday to you! That's right, this month Flourishes officially turned 4 YEARS OLD! So, we are lighting the candles on the cake and throwing a party like no other! The good news is -- even though it's our birthday - you could win one heck of a present yourself with some fabulous blog candy! Our designers have lit up the creativity with some fabulous birthday cards and they are involved in just one way that you can get your hands on a great bag of goodies!
HOW CAN YOU WIN? THERE ARE THREE WAYS!
HOW TO PLAY IN OUR BIRTHDAY BASH CHALLENGE!
Speaking of candy, what do you win if you comment or play today? Take a peek!!!

My card uses the new Sweet Days of Summer stamp set, and a sentiment from the matching Kid's Play stamp set. The harlequin-style designer paper is from Crate Paper, and my cardstock colors are Stampin' Up! Calypso Coral and the retired Groovy Guava, and the gray is Core'dinations.
It's almost time for the seasons to change, and Torico has illustrated these adorable little girls, just in time for Autumn! The images in this set were sized so that they can also be used with other stamp sets from Torico's line for more versatility. Pumpkins on the Vine is a 4x6 set that includes 15 stamps and will sell for $15.
For my card, I colored up this darling girl sitting with her pumpkins and paired it with some old My Mind's Eye Halloween papers, and a seam binding bow. (The sentiment I used here is computer-generated and not part of the set.)
Another Wednesday... another Color Throwdown!
This week, Laura is our hostess and she's got a great color combo for you to try! I'm loving it, and I think you'll find a lot of options for using it! Give it a try, and link up your creation over on the Throwdown blog so we can see it, too!
The sentiment tag is computer generated... "Happy haunting, ghoul friend!" I loosely followed the sketch from Splitcoaststampers from last week for my layout.
It's Tuesday again, so we've got another Timeless Tuesday challenge to share with you from Flourishes! This week Cindy Haffner is our hostess and her challenge to you is to make a sentiment your focal image. So many of the Flourishes stamp sets have wonderful sentiments in them, so pick something and create with us! Link up your creation on the Flourishes blog, and leave some comments to be in the running to win!
For my card, I used the Moments in Time stamp set, putting the clock face in the background and the sentiment embossed on vellum to bring it front and center. The papers I used here are Webster's Pages. I added some Prima flowers for embellishment, and used a Large Circle and Lacey Circle Nestabilities for die-cutting. For the card layout, I used Iwona's Sketchbook Saturday #25.

Mavis has a Daisy is a Stamping Bella image, and for this card I paper-pieced her dress with some Echo Park "Country Drive" paper to match the card. The layout here is the Card Positioning Systems sketch #232 for this week.

I used random.Kelsey (my daughter!) to pick a number and she chose #9 so the lucky winner is...wow Tammy, big congrats! You so deserve it you dirty girl!! :)

Hey y'all.... HAPPY WEEKEND! I'm so happy the weekend is here... this stamper needs a break! But before that can happy, the Crazies have another challenge this week, and FLOURISHES is sponsoring our challenge! We're thrilled to have them sponsor us and offer up two stamp sets for prizes this week, so you really should play along!
For my card, I went straight down the middle... the edge of my Labels 1 Nestabilities was embossed in the die, I used die-cut for the main image, the Doily Lace border and the tag, and I used twill ribbon. The stamp set I used here is one of the newly released sets, Italian Garden.
The papers I used here are the new "Odds & Ends" from Cosmo Cricket, and I used the August Sketch for You to Try for the layout.
The designer paper here (front and back showing) is from Pink Paislee, and I really like the green paired with this light blue cardstock and matching seam binding (thanks Bar!) The layout for my card was inspired by Iwona's Sketchbook Saturday challenge this week.
The papers I used here are the new Cosmo Cricket "Odds and Ends" and the purple gingham ribbon is American Crafts (I think!) I added some Rock Candy Stickles to her little wings for sparkle.
There are actually three little baby mermaids in the set. so you can have a lot of fun with these cuties! On the bubble in her hand, I added some Rock Candy Stickles for some shimmer. The green scalloped tag is actually a folded card, so the birthday greeting can go inside.
Today brings us to another Color Throwdown challenge, and I was supposed to have this week off but I loved this color combo too much! I had to make a card!
blog candy this week! My card layout is based on the August Sketch for You to Try.
